
Professor Felix Maringe is a distinguished scholar, higher-education leader, and international consultant with over three decades of experience across Africa, the United Kingdom, and global higher-education systems.
He has held senior academic and executive leadership positions in leading universities and has worked extensively with universities, ministries of education, and donor agencies on issues of transformation, leadership development, research capacity, innovation, and policy reform.
Professor Maringe is internationally recognised for his scholarship on higher-education transformation, epistemic justice, leadership, internationalisation, and research-innovation ecosystems. He has published widely, supervised doctoral candidates across multiple countries, and continues to contribute to policy dialogue and institutional reform at national and international levels.
Through KIS-HE, he brings together intellectual leadership, strategic insight, and practical experience to support institutions in confronting epistemic inertia and enabling transformational change.
